Steps:
- Saute ground meat with the peppers, onion, garlic and salt & pepper with olive oil or butter till red disappears in the meat.
- Lightly butter medium casserole dish and start to layer with macaroni, then the meat mixture, cheese and then the soup mixture. Do this till you reach the top and cover, ending with the soup mixture.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice. Place drained pineapple chunks in bottom of prepared dish. Combine flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Drizzle with reserved pineapple juice.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the pineapple. Top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle casserole with butter.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

- Combine sugar and butter in a medium mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Mix in undrained pineapple, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Use a spoon to fold in bread cubes, then stir in pecans and coconut. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and bubbly, 45 to 55 minutes.
