MOUNTAIN DEW ICE CREAM RECIPE - (4.7/5)

Steps:

• Start by freezing a mixing bowl for at least an hour. The colder your bowl, the better! Add heavy cream and whisk on high until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in sweetened condensed milk. (Don't over mix) Fold in Mountain Dew and then add food coloring if you choose. Place in a freezer safe, air tight bowl for at least 4 to 6 hours. Scoop and enjoy!

Steps:

• Dip the rims of 8 large glasses into the lime juice, then dip into coarse salt.
• Put a scoop of sorbet in each glass and fill with Mountain Dew.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 450°F
• In a medium bowl, mix together the all purpose baking mix, sour cream and mountain dew. Stir until everything is well combined and no dry pockets of baking mix remain.
• Pour half of the melted butter in a 9x13 baking dish and top the prepared dough. I use an ice cream scoop for this so all of the biscuits are the same size.
• Pour the remaining half of the butter on top of biscuits and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown all over.
• Serve warm and enjoy!

Steps:

• 1. Pour the Mt Dew* and cans of Eagle Brand Milk* into the ice cream churn. Churn the ice cream as instructed with your ice cream churn.

HOMEMADE MOUNTAIN DEW

Steps:

• Combine your cream of tartar, sugar, and a cup of water.
• Place it on a pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and let it cool.
• Once your mixture is cool, separately boil another cup of water. Add in the fruit peels and remove from the heat. Cover and set aside, allowing it to steep. Once it has reached room temperature, you need to strain it.
• Add the citrus peel water to the sugar mixture. Blend them all together and add in carbonated water. Mix gently to combine. Once everything has dissolved, it is completely mixed and ready to drink.
