MY MOM'S AWESOME TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
If you're looking for a different-than-the-potato-chip-covered tuna casserole, look no further than the one I grew up with. It's almost like a strata or custard - give it a try! I've never had a better tuna casserole! It tastes even better the second day and freezes well when cut and wrapped in individual pieces. I recommend American cheese over Velveeta - tried it once and it just wasn't the same. You can use a larger can of tuna if you like.

MOM'S EASY TUNA CASSEROLE WITH RICE
I grew up with a macaroni-based tuna casserole. My mother-in-law introduced me to this one with rice and I've used it ever since. The Tabasco® sauce and green chile peppers gives it an extra pop of flavor.

GRANDMA'S TUNA CASSEROLE
I know it sounds crazy, but trust me, this tuna casserole is one of the yummiest things ever. Comfort food madness! Before this, Grandma had never written out this recipe. She doesn't measure anything when cooking this, but it must be tasted throughout.

MY TUNA CASSEROLE
This is an inexpensive, hearty, and satisfying meal. Made with ingredients that are most always on hand, this casserole is the perfect meal solution on nights you just don't feel like going to the grocery store. I sometimes add frozen peas and some diced, cooked carrots to the mixture before baking, to make this a delicious 'all in one' dinner. The buttery crumb topping provides a nice, crunchy contrast to the creamy filling. Enjoy !!
