Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
½ cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
4 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 13x9 inch baking pan.
Combine the yellow cake mix, 2 of the eggs, and the butter or margarine mix well. The batter should be stiff. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
Combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and the remaining 2 eggs. Mix well and pour over the top of the cake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.

This has a chocolate cake base topped with a cream cheese, chocolate chip and nut topping. It is very rich and very good!

1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
½ cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 13x9 inch baking pan.
Combine the chocolate cake mix, 1 of the eggs, and the butter or margarine and mix until smooth. Pat mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the semi sweet chocolate chips and the chopped nuts evenly over the cake.
Mix together the confectioner's sugar, cream cheese, and the remaining 2 eggs until well blended. Pour over the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes. Let cake cool a little before cutting. Serve warm or cooled.

Love their soup? Don't want the uppity atmosphere? Here you go! Makes about a gallon. It was great for something different. My family loves soup but have exhausted all of our recipes. We loved it, tell me what you think. I found this on a "secret recipe" forum. Chef's name is Robert Metz.

Ingredients

3/4 lb unsalted butter
1 small red onion, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 -4 celery ribs, chopped
1 large carrot, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 ounces taco seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 1/2 quarts chicken stock
6 soft corn tortillas, shredded
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and chopped
4 -6 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch cilantro leaf, chopped
3/4 ounce cheddar cheese spread
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pint heavy cream

Steps:

Sauté first 7 ingredients in large stockpot until tender.
Stir in garlic and taco seasoning.
Add chicken stock, corn tortillas and cooked chicken breast.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cilantro and Cheddar cheese spread, then simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add baking soda; stir well.
When foaming subsides, add heavy cream and simmer 30 minutes more.
Garnish with baked tortilla strips.
