Steps:
- 1. Brown the rice a roni in 2 tbsp. butter. Place in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to rice and add mushrooms and liquid to rice.
- 2. Place chicken on top of rice and spread cream of mushroom over the top of it.
- 3. Mix together the onion soup mix and the seasoning packet from the rice a roni, and spread on top of the soup.
- 4. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. DO NOT PEEK
