Ingredients

1 pkg chicken flavored rice a roni
1 can(s) (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can(s) sliced mushrooms

Steps:

1. Brown the rice a roni in 2 tbsp. butter. Place in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to rice and add mushrooms and liquid to rice.
2. Place chicken on top of rice and spread cream of mushroom over the top of it.
3. Mix together the onion soup mix and the seasoning packet from the rice a roni, and spread on top of the soup.
4. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. DO NOT PEEK
