1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried basil (ground)
2 teaspoons dried marjoram (ground)
2 teaspoons dried thyme (ground)
2 teaspoons dried parsley (ground)
2 teaspoons dried savory (ground)
2 teaspoons mace
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons sage
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons rosemary
2 g saffron

Steps:

  • Grind the herbs in a coffee grinder or food processor.
  • Add all seasonings together and mix well.
  • Place in a shaker.
  • Enjoy.

1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; cover and process until finely ground. Transfer to a salt shaker; use in place of salt.
