THE BEST KETO COFFEE CREAMER RECIPE (5 FLAVORS!)
Steps:
- Make sugar-free sweetened condensed milk according to the instructions here, but use Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend instead of plain allulose (this is important for the right sweetness level in the final creamer!).

- Remove from heat. Stir in the extract(s). Taste for sweetness while still warm, and add more powdered Besti to taste if desired (stir until dissolved).

Steps:
- Whisk together coconut milk and date syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cut vanilla bean in half, and scrape out seeds. Add seeds and vanilla bean to milk mixture. Turn off heat, cover the pot and steep for 30 minutes. After mixture has steeped, strain through a fine mesh sieve, pour into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator. (If you don't have a vanilla bean on hand, simply replace it with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract)
- For the date syrup: Place dates in a blender or food processor. Turn blender or processor on and slowly add in hot water. Leave the machine on for about 1 minute, until smooth. Pour into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

- Place all three ingredients in a small saucepan, and heat on medium for 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Transfer to a high-powered blender (like a Vitamix), and blend until the dates are fully incorporated into the mixture. If you have a conventional blender, blend on high for 2-3 minutes. Then using a metal sieve, a piece of cheesecloth, or even a colander fitted with a tea towel (or paper towel), strain the mixture to remove any date particles that may remain.
- Transfer the finished creamer to an air-tight container (a mason jar or old salad dressing jar would be great).

7 BEST COFFEE CREAMERS FOR WEIGHT LOSS (PLUS, 3 TO AVOID)
From fitbod.me
- HALF AND HALF. Half and half is half whole milk and half heavy cream. It’s high in calories and fat, but it comes from very natural sources. Since some fat in your diet can be satiating — keeping you full for longer — it may help prevent future cravings.
- MILK. Milk is one of the best options you can add to your coffee. It has a balance of macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbs) and contains many vitamins and minerals.
- OATLY. Oatly is made from rapeseed (a bright-yellow flowering member of the mustard or cabbage family) and oats. It contains heart-healthy beta-glucans with no added sugar.
- NUTPODS ORIGINAL. Nutpods contain a combination of coconut and almond “cream” with minimal stabilizers. It doesn’t contain sugar, gluten, soy or dairy.
- CALIFIA FARMS UNSWEETENED BETTER HALF. Califia comes in lightly sweetened and non-sweetened versions. These plant-based products are made from almond and coconut replacement.
- UNSWEETENED PLANT-BASED MILK. Unsweetened plant-based milks are grouped together since they have similar nutrient compositions. The key here is to look for brands that have minimal and simple ingredients, no or low sugar, and if possible organic.
- HOMEMADE CREAMER. You can make your own creamer and choose between something creamy or something sweet depending on what you have available. Here are some tasty examples
