NOODLE SURPRISE
This is macaroni and cheese with a few twists - the tang of yogurt and the crunch of sunflower seeds! It's full of protein and calcium also. If you need to, you can use regular white pasta. Soy sauce works in place of worcestershire sauce. Try it with different cheese, though a mix of cheddar and parmesan works well.

Steps:
- Saute the onions, sunflower seeds and mushrooms in the oil until the vegetables are soft and the seeds are crisp.
- Combine the noodles with the vegetables and seeds. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, eggs, yogurt and seasonings.
- Turn into an oiled casserole, top with bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm and nicely browned on top.

RAMEN NOODLE SURPRISE
This is definitly a bachelor/college worthy recipe, my husband introduced me to it, and he still makes it all the time. I actually love it, and who knows, you may also.

Steps:
- Brown the pound of ground beef, season the beef lightly with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- While the ground beef is cooking, boil the ramen noodles until tender.
- when tender, drain and place back in the pot.
- When the beef is finished cooking add it to the noodles, then add the ramen noodle season packets to taste, and stir well.
BEEF NOODLE SURPRISE
Steps:
- Cook noodles. Brown meat. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in milk and cheese until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Combine with noodles.
- Pour into casserole or glass 9 x 13 dish.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 350°F.

EGG NOODLE SURPRISE!!!
I created this recipe (August 17, 2011) for Greg's three ingredient challenge... Had to use: Spam, Egg Noodles and Sour Cream.... and everytime I decided on what I was going to make.... someone would post a recipe and I would have to start over...LOL These challenges are so much fun! I am eager to get this posted because I am afraid someone else will have the same ideas!

Steps:
- Mix together all of the dip ingredients. Keep chilled in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Mix together the coating mixture. Set aside until ready to use.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Rinse, drain and pat dry with paper towel.
- Wash, and peel the carrots, celery sticks and green onions (can use other veggies as well). Set aside until ready to serve.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees. Put in a few noodles at a time. Fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain.
- Toss in a zipper bag with spice mixture. Place all items on the table for family and friends to enjoy!
- Cut up remaing Spam into sticks. Deep fry until cooked and ready to use on food try with other items to be dipped.

NOODLE SURPRISE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown sausage and ground beef together in same pan then drain excess grease. Boil rotini in water until almost done. Then combined rotini, sausage/beef mix, soup, and Ro*Tel and stir together.
- Spray a round casserole dish with non stick spray and pour mix into dish. Then add 1/2-1 cup of water. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese then cut Velveeta from the block of cheese and lay on top of casserole until the top is covered with cheese.
- Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling on the sides.
