- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine the sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, seasoning blend, garlic powder and pepper. , Drain noodles; return to pan. Add sour cream mixture and toss to coat; heat through. Sprinkle with chives.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Immediately add sour cream and cottage cheese to pasta; mix together.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic to mixture, if desired. Pour mixture into a lightly greased two-quart baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

- Boil ramen noodles in 6 cups boiling water with soup base packets added, until just done, 2-2 1/2 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water thoroughly.
- Chill.
- Cut ramen noodles into 3-4 inch lengths.
- Saute noodles in butter.
- Add parsley, cheese, and garlic salt.
- Mix well.
