- Microwave caramels, milk and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after each minute.
- Insert lollipop stick into 1 marshmallow; dip in caramel sauce, then in nuts. Place on waxed-paper covered baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining marshmallows, sauce and nuts. Let stand 20 min. or until caramel coating is firm.

- Insert 1 lollipop stick into each marshmallow. Place crushed cereal in small bowl.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring twice, until softened and chocolate can be stirred smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow halfway into melted chocolate, then roll in cereal. Place on plate; let stand at room temperature until chocolate hardens, about 1 hour.

- Line an 8-in. square pan with foil. Grease with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside. Butter the sides of a heavy saucepan with 1 teaspoon butter; add the corn syrup, water, sugar, chocolate, salt and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth and blended, about 6 minutes. , Gradually stir in cream. Cook and stir until a candy thermometer reads 245° (firm-ball stage), about 25 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. , Cool; cut into squares. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving.

- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Scoop 6 to 8 balls out of each apple using a melon baller. Dry each apple ball with a paper towel and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Poke each ball with a lollipop stick and refrigerate while making the caramel.
- Place caramels in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in milk until sauce is smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and cool caramel slightly, about 5 minutes.

A great twist on boring old popcorn. Mix and match whatever nuts you prefer. I've used this an extra gift for Christmas and for parties.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Butter a large roasting pan.
- Combine popped corn and nuts in the prepared pan, mixing well. Place in the oven while preparing the glaze.
- In a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, orange zest and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Boil for 4 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla and baking soda. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE SODA AS IT MAY MAKE THE SYRUP FOAM UP AND SPATTER A BIT!Gradually pour the glaze over the popped corn mixture, stirring to coat well.
- Bake until dry; stirring occasionally, approximately 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven. Using a metal spatula, free the popcorn from the bottom of the pan. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Break into clumps. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
