1/2 cup heavy cream
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons prepared coffee
2 pints vanilla ice cream
2 pints chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

For the chocolate sauce: Place the cream and chocolate chips in a bowl set over simmering water and stir just until the chocolate melts. Add the honey and coffee and stir until smooth. Set aside.
To assemble the sundaes: Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream in each dish and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle the peanuts over the top. Serve any extra sauce on the side.

1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup strong coffee or 2 teaspoons instant coffee
1/4 cup light corn syrup
8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dulce de leche
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon spiced rum
1 scoop coffee ice cream
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop chocolate ice cream
1 cup whipped cream
5 small chocolate-covered pretzels
1/4 cup chopped nut brittle
1 chocolate-covered cherry
Edible gold sprinkles or glitter

Steps:

For the mocha chocolate sauce: In a medium saucepot, heat the cream, coffee and corn syrup over low heat. Once hot, whisk in the chocolate and vanilla. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
For the dulce de leche sauce: In a small saucepot, whisk together the dulce de leche, heavy cream and spiced rum. Heat over low heat until hot.
To assemble the sundae: Pour about 2 tablespoon each of the mocha chocolate and dulce de leche sauces in the bottom of a sundae glass. Top with the coffee ice cream, vanilla ice cream and finally the chocolate ice cream. Drizzle with more of the sauces. Top with the whipped cream, garnish with the chocolate-covered pretzels, brittle and just a little drizzle of each of the sauces. Top with the chocolate-covered cherry and sprinkle with the edible gold sprinkles or glitter. Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ground allspice or cinnamon
10 bamboo skewers*
20 each medium DOLE Strawberries
3 each DOLE Bananas, cut in 1-inch rounds
2 fruit, without refuses DOLE Mangos, cut in 2-inch pieces
1 cup Vanilla ice cream

Steps:

Heat grill to medium.
Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, honey, allspice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Over medium heat, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Thread pineapple, banana, strawberry and mango on wooden skewers. Repeat so there are 2 pieces of each fruit on each skewer. Repeat for remaining skewers.
Grill kabobs 3 to 5 minutes per side until fruit starts to brown. Generously brush fruit with sauce while grilling.
Serve skewer alone or with vanilla ice cream. Pour remaining sauce over fruit and ice cream to taste.
