2 cups peanuts (deshelled, whole or halved)
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Old Bay
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Old Bay, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Stir thoroughly.
  • Add peanuts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly.
  • Transfer the peanuts to the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  • Cook the peanuts in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping once at the 15 minute mark to promote even browning.
  • Remove the peanuts from the oven and allow them to cool for five minutes. Serve immediately, or transfer the Old Bay peanuts to an airtight container for future eating enjoyment!

1/4-1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups pecan halves

Steps:

  • Stir together melted butter, Old Bay Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce; add pecans, tossing to coat. Place nuts in an aluminum foil-lined 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  • Bake seasoned nuts at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and add garlic, seafood seasoning, and thyme. Let cook for 2 minutes; add potatoes. Drain some of the water mixture so that there is a thin layer just hovering over potatoes.
  • Let cook over low to medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and serve.
