Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prick the sides and bottoms of the prepared pie crust with a fork. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until pie crust is lightly browned. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour. Stir until blended.
- Using a mixer, blend in the eggs and melted butter until smooth. Stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
- Dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired. Serve slices with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a tablespoon of whipped cream, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar, then the eggs; beat well. Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 25 minutes or until just set. Serve warm or cold, with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Note from Paula: If you like a thicker pie, use 1.5x the filling ingredients, and bake at 375˚F for 40 minutes. It should jiggle a bit.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in large, microwave safe bowl. Add sugar to melted butter and use a hand mixer or whisk to combine until sugar is mostly dissolved. Add additional ingredients and beat or whisk until well blended.
- Pour into pie crust and bake 35-40 minutes, or until center is set and toothpick has gooey wet crumbs. Make sure you don't overbake.

- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
- Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
- Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in zucchini. , Pour into three greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Spread frosting between layers and over the top and sides of cake.
