SUPER-EASY SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

Super-Easy Sausage and Peppers image

A simple and delicious way to serve sausage and peppers with a tomato-based sauce. This is one of my husband's and kids' favorite meals. They like it served over rice because it makes a lot of 'gravy' that soaks into the rice. It 's one of my favorites because it's quick, easy, and has only a few ingredients that I usually have on hand.

GREEK SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

Just toss all the ingredients in your slow cooker and let the meal cook all day on low. It makes the house smell amazing and is wonderful comfort food for a chilly holiday. You can double the recipe and freeze the other portion for a hot meal in a pinch. -Debbie Vair, Wake Forest, North Carolina
