Steps:
- 1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook, stirring to crumble, for 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Stir in water, milk and heavy cream. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in black beans, corn and red pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Top with sliced green onions before serving.

Steps:
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally into 3 thinner pieces using a sharp knife. Sprinkle each chicken piece with garlic salt and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove onto a plate.
- Add milk and garlic to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and add fettuccine. Cook, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent sticking until pasta has softened, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring every couple of minutes, 6 to 7 minutes more. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened and pasta is cooked, about 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C)
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to box instructions. This will make about 4½ cups (900g) of cooked pasta.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, corn, black beans, cooked chicken, alfredo sauce, and taco seasoning.
- Pour into a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan and spread evenly around the pan.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese over the top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 35 minutes, uncovering after 20 minutes to allow the cheese to brown.
- Garnish with cilantro.

- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 TBSP of olive oil, and then the diced red pepper and green chiles. Cook until the red peppers are soft, remove from pan and set aside.
- Add 4 cups of water to the saucepan, bring to a boil, and add the penne. One minute before you need to remove the pasta (according to package directions), add the frozen corn. Drain the cooked pasta and warmed corn and return to the pan.
- Stir in the cooked pepper and chiles, chicken, and black beans. Then stir in the alfredo sauce and taco seasoning.
- Serve, topping with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if you like!

Steps:
- Combine seasoning packet, water, vinegar and oil with chicken and toss to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- Place chicken in skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, discarding excess marinade.
- Cook chicken on medium until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Boil pasta in water for 15 minutes or until soft. Drain.
- Add alfredo sauce to pasta and heat through.
- Serve pasta with chicken on top!
