2 (10 ounce) packages prepared pizza crust
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup spaghetti sauce or 1 cup pizza sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Line a 12 inch pizza pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray coating.
  • Press dough onto foil in pan forming a 12-inch circle.
  • In a large mixing bowl stir together cheeses then spoon 1/2 of mixture onto dough.
  • Fold dough over filling to form a half-circle. Seal edges, then use the edge of a spoon to make decorative edge, if desired.
  • Cut slits for escape of steam.
  • Repeat for the other package of dough.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or till filling is heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Cover with foil after 10 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning.
  • Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before serving. Heat sauce and serve with calzone for dipping.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 cup RAGÚ® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Roll dough into two 7-inch circles; set aside.
  • Mix cheeses and egg in medium bowl. Spoon cheese mixture onto centers of each circle. Fold each circle in half to form semicircle; press edges together to seal. Beginning at one end, stretch sealed edge and fold over, pinching to seal. Arrange on greased baking pan; poke 5 holes in top of each with toothpick.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden and puffed. Let stand on wire rack 15 minutes before serving. Serve with Pasta Sauce, heated.

1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 slices deli turkey, shaved
1 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut dough roll in half crosswise.
  • Unroll one dough half onto large baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread pizza sauce down centre of dough leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  • Top sauce with mozarella cheese.
  • Top half with turkey slices, leaving the other half as cheese only.
  • Unfold remaining dough half over filling.
  • Crimp edges with fork.
  • Cut rectangle in half crosswise.
  • Cut each rectangle on diagonal into two pieces, but do NOT separate.
  • Brush dough lightly with water, using pastry brush.
  • Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 15-19 mins til golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack for 5 minutes.

1/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 Tbsp. finely chopped broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. frozen corn
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Open can of dough. (Do not unroll.) Cut dough crosswise in half.
  • Unroll 1 half on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spread with pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top 1/3 of dough with turkey, then cover second third with broccoli and corn. Leave remaining third topped with just the mozzarella. Unroll remaining dough half over filling; crimp edge with fork.
