Steps:

  • Combine milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

1 1/4 cups unsweetened macadamia or almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
zest from 1 large orange or tangerine

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, and pulse a few times until mixed.Or - add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring a few times to ensure ingredients are mixed well.Top with berries, nuts, and even whipped cream! Makes about 4 servings.
