Ingredients

1 tube biscuit dough
mini oreo
oil, for frying
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons whole milk

Steps:

Quarter the flaky biscuit dough.
Take one quarter and flatten with your finger. Place a mini Oreo in the center and close the biscuit dough around it. Make sure to seal the seam as much as possible. Repeat with the rest of the biscuit dough.
Fry the doughnut holes until golden brown. Set aside to cool down.
Combine powder sugar and whole milk to form the glaze. Dip the fried doughnut holes in the glaze. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the top while the glaze is still wet.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
24 Oreo cookies, preferably double stuffed
oil, for frying
powdered sugar, for dusting

Steps:

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
Beat the milk and eggs until well blended.
Add to the flour mixture; blend well.
Let batter stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat 3" of oil in a deep fryer or deep saucepan.
Dip the Oreos, one at a time, into the batter, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl.
Fry 3-4 cookies at a time, until golden brown, turning to cook both sides.
Drain on paper towels; dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large egg, room temperature
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Oil for deep-fat frying
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the egg, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. , In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls, 5 or 6 at a time, into oil. Fry until browned, about 1-2 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Roll warm doughnut holes in confectioners' sugar.
