Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine onions, ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Split ribs down the center between the bones.
- Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add ribs and sear until browned. This may have to be done in several batches.
- Place ribs in a single layer in two baking pans or casserole dishes. Pour half of the sauce over the ribs, reserve remainder.
- Bake ribs in preheated oven for 3 hours. Turn and baste meat every twenty minutes with remaining sauce, using all sauce by two hours. Continue turning and basting ribs using sauce in the pan during the last hour of baking.

- Place wood chips in warm water, and soak for 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small saucepan, blend the ketchup, brown sugar, beer, vinegar, and wine. Mix in the onion, bell pepper, and black pepper. Simmer until thickened, approximately 10 minutes.
- Spread wet wood chips evenly in the bottom of a broiler pan, adding enough water to ensure chips remain moist while cooking. Cover with broiler pan grate, and arrange chicken pieces on top. Coat chicken with the sauce, and cook approximately 1 hour, basting regularly.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer any remaining sauce to be used additionally for dipping when served.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove to paper towels to drain., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder and smoked paprika and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions soften, about 8 minutes. Add the ketchup, vinegar, butter, Worcestershire and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and the flavors have blended, about 10 minutes.
- Pat the chicken dry and season all over with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken skin-side down on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken and cover with foil. Bake about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the chicken is beginning to brown in spots, about 15 minutes. Turn the chicken skin-side up and bake until golden and browned in spots, about 15 minutes more. Toss to coat with the sauce on the baking sheet and serve.
EJ'S SIMPLE OVEN-BBQ RIBS

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with a piece of aluminum foil large enough to cover the pan twice (you will be folding this over the ribs and sealing.)
- Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet in 1 layer. In a small bowl, combine the Rib Rub, salt, pepper, and celery salt and stir to combine. Divide the seasoning evenly among both slabs of ribs, coating well on both sides. Fold the sides of the foil over the ribs and seal tightly on all sides. Place the ribs in the oven and bake, undisturbed, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until ribs are very tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and peel back the foil so that the ribs are exposed. Using a pastry brush or the back of a spoon, coat the racks lightly on the meaty sides with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven until sauce is thickened and lightly browned, about 20 minutes longer. Remove the ribs from the oven and set aside to cool briefly before cutting between the ribs and serving. Serve with more barbecue sauce, if desired.
- Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.

These baked barbeque chicken drumsticks are ready in less than 50 minutes and taste sweet, tangy, and juicy. I used Baby Ray's® barbeque sauce for ease and convenience but feel free to use homemade barbeque sauce.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne together in a large bowl. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Spread out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with barbeque sauce. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip drumsticks, brush with barbeque sauce, and bake an additional 7 to 8 minutes.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and turn on the oven's broiler.
- Brush drumsticks with more barbeque sauce and broil for 3 to 4 minutes. - Whisk together brown sugar, barbecue sauce, ketchup, honey, and soy sauce in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture and refrigerate for basting. A very easy recipe to make. The result is a very pleasing steak I believe. My mother made a version of this and I just put it together the best I can remember and I think it is almost as good as hers. You can use round, sirloin or any good steak for this. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

- Cut steaks into 10 serving pieces.
- Pour oil into heavy skillet and brown steak on both sides.
- Arrange steak in a 9x12 glass baking dish.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet and brown lightly.
- Add remaining ingredients. Simmer in the skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Remove and pour sauce over the steak in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 21/2 hours or until the meat is fork tender.
- Serve hot with favorite side dish.
