16 ounces roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
16 ounces raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
8 ounces unsalted almond slivers
6 ounces dried pineapple (cut up)
5 ounces dried coconut flakes

Steps:

  • All you need to do is place a big mixing bowl on your scale, press tare (to zero the measurement), pour in an ingredient until it reaches the correct weight, tare it, and repeat with the next ingredient.
