Steps:
- Rim a highball glass with chili-lime seasoning and fill halfway with ice.
- Combine tequila, lime juice, and 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 minute. Strain into the glass. Top with grapefruit soda.

RASPBERRY PICANTE PALOMA PITCHERS
Steps:
- For the salt: Crush the salt and grapefruit zest together in a mortar and pestle. Rim glasses with the grapefruit salt to serve the cocktails in.
- For the cocktail: In a glass pitcher, muddle the raspberries, jalapeno slices, agave syrup and lime juice together. Add the grapefruit juice and tequila. Take a second pitcher of the same size and fill it three-fourths of the way with ice. Pour the drink into the pitcher with ice, then back into the first pitcher, repeating back and forth to mix together. Pour into the rimmed glasses, top off with club soda, garnish with grapefruit wedges if desired and serve.

- Make the cocktails: In a glass pitcher, muddle the raspberries and jalapeno, then fill halfway with ice. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave. Take a second pitcher (the same size) and pour one into the other repeatedly to mix the drink together. Top it off with club soda or lemon-lime soda.
- Make the grapefruit salt: Crush the salt and grapefruit zest together with a mortar and pestle, then spread on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the glasses in the grapefruit salt. Fill with the cocktails.

- Dip the rim of a highball glass in a bowl of water, shake off the excess, then sprinkle a spoonful of salt onto a plate or saucer and dip the glass into that to coat the rim.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add all the remaining ingredients minus the soda water. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then strain into your prepared glass. Add a few fresh ice cubes and top with soda water to serve. Garnish with the wedge of grapefruit.
