MUMMY BROWNIES
Mummy brownies are a yummy treat for the whole family on Halloween.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, letting foil hang 2 inches over sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely in pan, about 1 hour.
- Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan. Use sharp knife to cut brownies into 6 rows by 4 rows, making 24 brownies.
- Spoon frosting into large resealable freezer plastic bag; seal bag. Cut very small tip from one corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe frosting over brownies in zigzag motion for mummy wrapping. Attach 2 eyeballs to each brownie.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line two 8-in. square baking pans with foil, letting ends extend up sides; grease foil. In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. In another bowl, mix flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture, mixing well. If desired, stir in pecans., Spread into prepared pans. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack., Lifting with foil, remove brownies from pans. Cut into bars. Using a No. 46 pastry tip, pipe frosting over brownies. Decorate with candy eyes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
- To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

- Cream together 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Sift together flour and salt and combine with above mixture. Add walnuts if desired.
- Bake in 11" x 15" greased pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool and frost!
- Frosting:.
- Combine sugar, butter and milk in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute stirring constantly (VERY IMPORTANT)!
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour over brownies and spread. This sets quickly so spread it fast and leave it alone.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, orange extract, and orange zest and beat with a handheld electric mixer until well blended.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown and set.

PAM'S FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
I have had this recipe for years and I have never had it fail. Yummy and fudgy.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a 9 X 13 Baking pan and set aside. You do not need anything but the mixing bowl, baking pan, measuring utensils and a wooden spoon to make these. They go together quickly and easily by just stirring.
- In a medium microwaveable mixing bowl or 8 c pyrex measuring cup, melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave for about 1- 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth when stirred.
- With a wooden spoon, stir sugar into melted chocolate. Then add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- When eggs are incorporated, stir in remaining ingredients (nuts optional)until well incorporated.
- Pour into a greased or sprayed 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Frost if desired. Cut and eat.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies set up. Do not overbake! Cool in pan and cut into squares.
