Breakfast Pancake Pizza is a creative and easy way to make breakfast fun! Turn an ordinary pancake into a pizza with endless amounts of toppings.

Number Of Ingredients 18

1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
blueberries
strawberries
apples
granola bits
mini chocolate chips
peanut butter
nutella
honey
cream cheese
nuts

Steps:

  • Use store bought pancake mix as directed. For homemade, mix all the ingredients together until combined.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Allow bubbles to come to top of pancake. When they start popping, flip pancake over and allow to sit for 10-20 seconds before placing on a plate. Brown on both sides.
  • Add desired toppings and cut to enjoy! (you can always cut first to know how much toppings to put on each slice.

Cups •2 biscuit/baking mix
•2 eggs
cup •1 milk
tablespoon •1 syrup
tablespoon •1 Canola or Coconut oil
tsp •1 . Vanilla
cup •1 Granola without raisins
cup •1 chopped walnuts (optional)
•Cinnamon and Sugar (optional)
•I like to add blueberries...

Steps:

  • Place biscuit mix in a bowl. Combine the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla and syrup; mix well.
  • Add Blueberries if using
  • Spread on to a greased 14 in. pizza pan (you can use a regular pan also);
  • Sprinkle with granola or Nuts or Cinnamon and Sugar..or leave plain.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges. Serve with additional syrup.

This Pancake Breakfast Pizza recipe with a pancake crust, scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon drizzled with maple syrup is an easy breakfast or brunch idea!

1 1/2 cups complete pancake mix
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter,, melted
6 eggs,, cooked
2 cups shredded cheese,, divided
3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles,, about 11 slices
8 tbsp maple syrup

Steps:

  • Whisk together pancake mix and water until the large lumps disappear. Do not over mix. (You can substitute your favorite pancake mix and the ingredients called for on the box. Or use homemade pancake batter.)
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a large cast-iron skillet or baking pan and spread to coat.
  • Pour pancake batter into the skillet and spread it out. Bake at 425° for 6 to 9 minutes.
  • Remove the pancake from the oven and top with one cup of the shredded cheese. Next, add the scrambled eggs, the remaining shredded cheese, and the crumbled bacon. Return to the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the toppings.
  • Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups biscuit/baking mix
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 large eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and Italian seasoning. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in cheese, pepperoni, tomato and pepper., Preheat griddle over medium heat; grease lightly. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle; cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown. Turn; cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce.

1 pound ground breakfast sausage
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Brown breakfast sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink and the meat is crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set sausage aside.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into triangles and place into a 12-inch pizza pan with a rim, points toward the inside. Press the triangles together to join; pinch a 1 1/2-inch rim up the side of the pizza pan.
  • Spoon cooked sausage into the bottom of the crust. Spread hash browns over the sausage and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer. Sprinkle pizza evenly with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until eggs are set and crust is lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
