CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
My dad grows incredibly delicious tomatoes and red peppers. This year's crop was especially abundant, so I created this salad combination to take advantage of the bounty. My husband gave this recipe a definite "thumbs up".

Steps:
- In a large bowl, toss the pasta, chicken, oil and garlic powder. Cover and chill. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salad dressing, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper; cover and chill. Just before serving, add the red pepper, tomato, carrot and dressing to pasta mixture; gently toss to coat.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, tarragon, dill, salt, mustard, pimento, capers and pepper. Seat aside.
- In a large bowl, toss together the pasta, green pepper, Havarti, green onions and chicken. Add dressing to taste and toss to coat.

GARLIC AND HERB CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the fusilli according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and honey. Add the Chicken, Spinach and Artichoke Base, fusilli, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and parsley and toss to coat. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cut the chicken into bite-size piece. In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach and olive oil. Season to taste with red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
PASTA CHICKEN SALAD

- Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°. Set aside., Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl, combine the salad greens, artichokes, olives and tomatoes. Cube chicken. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; add pasta and chicken to salad greens., Drizzle dressing over salad; sprinkle with walnuts and cheese. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain. Cool. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, mixed vegetables, celery and onion. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, salt, dill and pepper. Stir into pasta mixture. Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
For anyone who likes Buffalo wings, this is a great change of pace from normal pasta salad. Really popular as a side dish for a barbeque or just about any gathering you can think of. You can substitute or add many different vegetables with this recipe.

Steps:
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the rotini, and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Stir together the mayonnaise, blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and cooked pasta and toss to coat with the dressing. Cover and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
