Enjoy a meat lover's pasta bake with Pasta Bake with Meat Sauce & Cheese. It's also a cheese lover's pasta bake, but they'll dig the meat sauce too.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Stir in pasta sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in basil and crushed pepper.
- Spread 3/4 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Drain pasta; place in medium bowl. Add ricotta and half the remaining meat sauce; mix lightly. Spoon over meat sauce in baking dish; top with remaining meat sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Steps:
- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add the oil. When hot, add the meat and cook, without stirring, until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Break it up with a wooden spoon, then add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until starting to soften, about 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the wine and bring to a simmer. Add the crushed tomatoes and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened and the flavors come together, about 1 hour.
- About 20 minutes before the sauce is done, bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt liberally. Drop in the pasta, give it a stir and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Remove from the heat, toss in the cheese and serve.

- Cook pasta noodles according to the directions on the box.
- In a large sauté pan, cook ground beef, onions and onion flakes until the meat is browned.
- Drain and add stock, bouillon and tomato sauce.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Stir in cooked pasta, turn off heat, add softened cream cheese, shredded cheese and seasonings (Italian seasoning, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce). Stir pasta mixture until cheese is melted throughout.

Steps:
- 1. Saute onions in small amount of olive oil until light brown. If using fresh garlic, dice up two cloves and put in with onions.
- 2. Once onions are soft and light brown, mix in meat, and sprinkle with Mrs Dash salt/pepper. Saute until brown.
- 3. Add in can of crushed tomatoes and can of tomato sauce and stir.
- 4. Simmer for 45 minutes at least. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
- 5. Boil water for pasta and cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes. We like our pasta al dente (not too soft). Taste as you go.
- 6.When ready - strain - make sure all the water is gone. Put a little sauce on pasta so it does not stick. Keep the rest of the sauce in the bowl so you can each have as much as you want. A salad is a great side dish -- add grated parmesan if you like.

- Grind meat and shred cheese. Cover cheese with plastic wrap (to prevent from drying out) and leave it on the counter top for the cheese to get to room temperature (it will melt faster). Cook pasta according to package instructions. (I love to use ELBOWS or DITALINI pasta a lot, because it's so easy for little kiddos to eat it with their fingers. Spaghetti or angel hair pasta are very stretchy and little one's don't really like that). We like our pasta little more tender so I cook it 5 minutes longer. Cook pasta and meat sauce at the same time. Place ground beef onto a medium pan. Add olive oil. Cook it on high mixing it from time to time until all the water evaporates and the meat starts sizzling. Then reduce the heat to med/low, add all the spices salt, garlic salt, vegeta, ground pepper. Mix it well and let the meat brown (that takes about 5 minutes).
- Stir in pizza sauce and ketchup. Cook it on low until ready to top the pasta with it (that will keep the meat sauce hot until you ready for it).
- Drain the pasta and rinse it with hot water (that prevents pasta from being slimy). Place pasta into a bowl that comes with lid. Top the pasta with hot meat sauce and then sprinkle with shredded cheese (I shred my own cheese, and never tried topping it with already shredded cheese, because the cheese doesn’t even taste the same. If cheese pieces don’t stick to each other after shredding, you know something is not wright. Right?:). Close the lid tight and let the heat do it's magic (takes about 10 minutes). During this time you can make Cabbage and Cucumber Salad the one we most of the time serve with this pasta. The pasta needs to be served right away. Left over pasta needs to be preserved in the fridge. This dish is great for lunch box, reheats well and tastes just about the same reheated.
