A friend gave me this recipe and it has always been a pleaser. This is a very quick and easy dessert. It's a recipe friends and family ask me to make for gatherings.

Ingredients

1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, undrained
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
¾ cup butter, sliced into pats, or more if needed

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with margarine.
Pour peaches and heavy syrup into the prepared baking dish. Spread cake mix evenly over peaches. Arrange butter pats in even rows on the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven until top of cake is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

2 (15.25-oz.) cans of sliced peaches in syrup
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a 13 x 9-in. baking dish, add 1 can of peaches with the syrup. Drain the second can. Add the peaches to the baking dish, and discard the additional syrup.
Mix together cake mix, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Pour melted butter evenly over the surface of the cake mix. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 55 minutes to 1 hour.

1/2 cup crumb cake mix (Crumb Cake Mix)
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Empty the canned peaches into a 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle with the Crumb Cake Mix and cut butter into 4 equal portions and place on top.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes; remove cover and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until top is brown.
Can be served immediately or is also good room temperature.

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
For the cherry-pineapple dump cake: Dump the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir together. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice the butter into tablespoons and distribute evenly over the surface of the cake mix.

Preheat oven to 350°. Pour 1 can of peaches into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drain remaining can of peaches and add to baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. 1 (6 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
½ cup butter
½ cup water

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place peaches in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle dry peach gelatin over peaches. Sprinkle dry cake mix over gelatin. Cut up butter and distribute over cake mix. Pour 1 cup of reserved peach juice and 1/2 cup of water over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the top is browned.
