PEACH OATMEAL QUICK BREAD
This is another "oldie" recipe from my card file. I think it is a reasonably healthy bread, as the oil content is low, and it used whole wheat flour. This bread has a delicate flavor, and is good toasted. If you like, you may add a half-cup of chopped nuts.

OATMEAL WHOLE WHEAT QUICK BREAD
There's no yeast in this bread, so it's good for special diets. You may also use soy milk instead of regular milk if you wish. It's pretty dense, but great when fresh from the oven. Especially with butter and honey on cold mornings!
