PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker mix all the ingredients along with the ice. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a peach slice.

AMARETTO PEACH MARTINI RECIPE - (4/5)

Steps:

• Rub the rim of the martini glass with am orange. Pour some brown sugar in a small plate and dip the martini glass into the sugar to make the brown sugar rim. Combine the Amaretto, peach schnapps, vodka, club soda and squeeze the 1/4 of the orange into the shaker. Shake and carefully pour into the martini glass.

PEACH PIE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine sugars; add peaches and toss gently. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, roll one half of dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate or iron skillet.Trim even with rim. Refrigerate while preparing filling. , Preheat oven to 400°. Drain peaches, reserving juice. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt; gradually stir in reserved juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in lemon juice and butter. Gently fold in peaches. Pour into crust. , Roll remaining dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; cut into 1-1/2-in.-wide strips. Arrange over filling in a lattice pattern. Trim and seal strips to edge of bottom crust; flute edge. Cover edge loosely with foil. Bake 40 minutes; remove foil. Bake until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 10-20 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.

PEACH MARTINI

Steps:

• Put all ingredients in blender.
• Blend until ice is crushed.
• Serve in martini glasses.
• Chin chin!

CAPTAIN JACK'S PEACH PIE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
• Press one pie crust into the prepared pie dish.
• Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice together in a bowl. Slowly stir butter into the sugar mixture until fully incorporated.
• Toss peaches and rum together in a separate bowl; add sugar mixture to peaches. Gently toss to coat peaches. Pour peach mixture into pie crust. Top with remaining pie crust; seal the two crust edges together. Cut 4 to 5 slits in the top crust for ventilation. Brush with milk.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C); bake until top is golden brown, about 30 more minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pie rest in the oven as it cools, at least 1 hour.

PEACH PIE MARTINI

Steps:

• Dip rim of chilled glass into peach preserves then into cinnamon and sugar.
• Pour the Stoli peach vodka, and Grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a slice of peach, and serve. .

PEACH PIE MOONSHINE RECIPE - (4.3/5)

Steps:

• In large pot, combine juice, sugar, sliced peaches, cinnamon sticks and 1/2 cup of Schnapps. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer on medium low for 30-45 minutes covered.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Add Everclear, vanilla vodka and other 1/2 of peach Schnapps. Pour into mason jar with one of cinnamon sticks and peach slices from mixture. Refrigerate for at least a week. Drink over ice or as shots for party. Moonshine will mellow over time, so let sit for at least a week. Your patience will be rewarded.
