2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium peach, peeled and finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Mash avocados with lime juice, salt, cumin and pepper. Gently stir in peach, jalapeno and red onion. Serve with tortilla chips.

2 ripe avocados
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (such as Philadelphia®), softened
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
4 serrano peppers, finely chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped Hatch green chile peppers
3 hot yellow chile peppers, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste
5 drops hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Pit and spoon avocados into a small bowl and add cream cheese. Mash together until well blended.
  • Add tomatoes and peppers to the mixture and mix well. Mix in lime juice, garlic powder, hot sauce, and salt. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.

2 teaspoons lime juice
½ teaspoon ancho chile powder
1 pinch salt to taste
1 large fresh peach - peeled, pitted, and diced
2 tablespoons minced red onion

2 tablespoons minced cilantro

Steps:

  • Mash avocados in a small bowl. Mix in lime juice, ancho chile powder, and salt, leaving chunks if desired. Stir in peach, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Serve immediately.

Super simple fresh & spicy guac that you can make the night before an event. Keeps really well for 1 night! I made this one based on things my boyfriend likes and it's a winner!

4 avocados
2 jalapenos
1 tablespoon onion
1 lime
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl add AVOCADOS halved & peeled, JALAPEÑOS quartered & chopped, ONION chopped. Quarter LIME & squeeze 3 LIME quarters over ingredients. Add GARLIC POWDER, SALT & PEPPER to taste. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Don't mix too long; it's good to have some texture and larger bits of AVOCADO. Transfer into a smaller bowl. Squeeze remaining quarter of lime over top of guac to cover any part exposed to air. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy with chips and share!

Mash everything together either with the back of a large fork or a pastry cutter (my favorite guacamole making tool!) until well combined. Taste and add a little more salt or lime juice if desired.
  • When guacamole is properly seasoned, stir in the diced peaches. If you’re making the peach salsa, move the guacamole to the refrigerator to chill slightly while you prep the salsa, otherwise serve right away or stash in the refrigerator until ready to serve, using one of my tips in the notes section to keep the avocado from turning brown!
  • To make peach salsa: In a medium sized bowl add the diced peach, chopped jalapeño, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, juice of half a lime, and a big pinch of sea salt. Stir together until well combined. Taste and add a little more lime juice or salt if desired and serve over top guacamole or store in the refrigerator for up to several hours until ready to serve!
