Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.

• Prepare brownie mix according to box instructions.
• In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter.

• 1) Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F Set aside ungreased 13 by 9 inch metal baking pan.
• 2) Place the brownie mix, peanut butter, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Stop the machine and scrape down the side of the bowl with a rubber spatula. The mixture will be thick. Set aside about 1 ½ cups for the topping.
