Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place your pie crust in a 9" pie plate and crimp the edges as desired. Chill until dough is ready.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, about 2-3 minutes. Add egg, vanilla, milk, and salt and mix until combined. Slowly add flour and mix until dough just comes together. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped candy pieces. (I used Kit Kat and Butterfingers.)
- You can also use a hand mixer for this recipe, if you prefer.
- Press cookie dough into the prepared pie crust. Press additional candy on the top, if desired. (I pressed more chocolate chips, Butterfingers, Kit Kats, and Rolos on top.)
- Cover edges of the pie with a pie shield or strips of foil. Bake for about 35-45 minutes, removing the pie shield about 10 minutes prior the pie finishing baking.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving. Serve it room temperature or warm, plain or with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Store covered for up to 3 days or slice and freeze for up to one month.

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE BARS
Steps:
- For the chocolate crust:Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over the two long pan sides. In a food processor, pulse Oreos (whole, do not remove the filling) until finely ground. Drizzle in melted butter and blitz a few more times to evenly combine. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Place pan in freezer for 10 minutes while preparing the filling. For the peanut butter filling:In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt, and beat until smooth. With a rubber spatula, fold in whipped topping until completely combined. Spread filling evenly onto the top of the chilled chocolate crust. Chill for at least a couple hours or overnight. For the toppings (optional):Add chocolate chips and peanut butter to a small to medium-sized heat-proof bowl. In a saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, bring cream to a rolling simmer. Pour cream over the chocolate chips and peanut butter and let sit for 5 minutes. Then whisk until mixture is completely smooth. Let cool until mixture is just warm, but still nicely fluid. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over individual bars or add chocolate to a plastic baggie, snip off a small piece of the baggie's corner, and "pipe" chocolate over the bars. Finish by adding a piece of Oreo cookie and a few halved mini peanut butter cups to the top. This dessert keeps very well in the refrigerator for a few days and can easily be made a day before serving. This is a very sweet dessert. The recipe yields 24 large bars, sized for those with bigger sweet tooths, or 35 smaller bars.

PEANUT BUTTER BLACKBERRY BARS
The love child of a juicy summer fruit pie and a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, these family-friendly bars are perfect for a backyard picnic or an after-school snack. They're super fast to make with an electric mixer, but you can also make the dough by hand: Just be sure the butter is very soft before you start, and mix with a sturdy wooden spoon or rubber spatula. To make easy work of pressing the dough into the baking dish, use lightly floured hands or the bottom of a flat measuring cup.

- 1. Make the Pastry Dough: Butter the sides and bottom of a glass or light-colored metal 9x13-inch pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper, using enough parchment to hang over the sides of the pans. Put the flour, sugar and salt in a food processor and pulse until combined. Add the butter and pulse until sandy (about 6 to 10 quick pulses). In a small bowl, whisk the egg and pour into the food processor. Pulse just until the dough begins to hold together.
- 2. Dump the dough mixture into the prepared pan. Using your fingers, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and up the sides just a little (maybe a half inch). Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pan from the freezer, line it with aluminum foil, and fill it three-quarters full with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and weights and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned. Transfer the pan to a wire rack to cool.

- Combine the peanut butter and the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds (to soften the peanut butter.) Blend the two together until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Then gently blend in the peanut butter mixture. Keep folding in until no streaks are left.
