3/4 cup graham cracker, crushed
1/3 cup Equal sugar substitute
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons condensed milk

Steps:

  • BLEND the softened butter, peanut butter and condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
  • COMBINE crushed Grahams and sugar. ADD this to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
  • SHAPE into oval pieces with the use of a polvoron mold. Wrap individually in cellophane. Chill and serve.

3-1/2 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and honey; bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add peanut butter; stir until blended. , Pour over popcorn mixture; toss gently to coat. Cool completely on waxed paper. Store in airtight containers or plastic bags.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups unsalted butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon lemon extract

Steps:

  • Toast the flour in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until it turns light brown, about 5 minutes. Let cool, at least 15 minutes.
  • Cut waxed paper into twenty 4-inch squares.
  • Stir butter, sugar, powdered milk, and lemon extract into the flour. Mix well. Fill a polvoron mold tightly with a portion of the mixture. Press the plunger down to release the candy onto a square of waxed paper. Wrap candy in the waxed paper and twist the ends. Repeat until all of the candy mixture is used up.
