The Very Best Peanut Sauce! Smooth, drizzle-able, garlicky, and gingery with a good spicy sesame kick. Perfect for noodles, salads, protein, or as a dipping sauce!

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil (toasted or dark)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sambal oelek or chili paste (this is where the "spicy" comes in, so add to taste)
2-3 tablespoons sugar, honey, or agave
a small knob of fresh ginger, peeled
a clove of fresh garlic, peeled
1/4 cup of water

Steps:

  • Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  • Find everything in your house that can be dunked in this ridiculously good sauce and then get to work.

¼ cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Stir together the honey, peanut butters, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

1/4 cup So delicious dairy-free plain coconut yogurt, or nonfat Greek yogurt ((60g))
2 TBS natural peanut butter ((30 g))
4 frozen ginger cubes, or 4 tsp minced ginger
2 TBS frozen garlic cube, or minced cloves
2 TBS sriracha ((30 g))
1 TBS pure maple syrup, or honey ((13 g ))
a squeeze of lime ((10 g))

Steps:

  • Whisk everything together! Enjoy over an Asian salad or drizzled over grilled chicken etc.

I love to use this sauce on cold pasta/noodle salads, drizzled on some grilled fruit, or even on a salad of hearty summer vegetables.

1 tablespoon ginger, minced and fresh
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon mirin, Sweet Rice Wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Blend together all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Slowly incorporate olive oil until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • If the dressing is too thick for your taste, feel free to add additional oil or additional liquid ingredients. I sometimes find myself adding a bit of extra soy sauce.
  • Serve with your favorite cold pasta or noodle salad.

Steps:

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the ginger, garlic, mirin, tamari, rice vinegar, red wine vinegar, honey, basil, chili paste, peanut butter, and water.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (This dressing will keep for up to 1 week.)
  • This recipe yields about 1/2 cup.
