- Toast the bread in a toaster, or under a broiler on both sides. Cut the lettuce leaves in half crosswise and form into 8 neat stacks.
- To make a double-decker club: On a clean work surface, arrange 3 bread slices in a row. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise over 1 side of each bread slice. Place a lettuce stack on top of the first bread slice, top with 2 tomato slices, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place 2 slices bacon over the tomatoes (broken to fit neatly if necessary) and top with 1/8 of the turkey (without letting any hang over the sides). Season the turkey with salt and pepper, to taste. Repeat with the second bread slice. Carefully place the second layered bread slice on top of the first layered bread, turkey side-up. Cover with the third bread slice, mayonnaise side-down.
- Pin the sandwich's layers together by piercing them with 4 frill picks or cocktail swords through the top bread slice, in 4 places in a diamond-like pattern, all the way to the bottom bread slice. Repeat entire process with the remaining ingredients to form 3 more sandwiches.
- Using a serrated knife cut each sandwich, diagonally, into 4 triangular pieces (each piece should be secured in the center with a pick or sword). Serve with potato chips and pickles.

- Put your bacon in a large skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat or until crispy. Drain and set to the side.
- Put your tortillas in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until soft. Add a tablespoon of ranch dressing to the middle of each tortilla and spread around until each tortilla is fully covered. Sprinkle in bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
- Roll the tortilla until all the ingredients are covered.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Combine the avocado, tomato, onion, basil, lime juice, and bacon in a small bowl. Season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Divide the avocado mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving at a 1-inch border around the edge. Divide the turkey and arugula among the tortillas, and wrap.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F; line a sheet pan with foil.
- Slice the tomatoes and onion to about 1/4-1/6 of an inch thick.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and place on the sheet pan along with the onions and tomatoes.
- Drizzle the onions and tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven and roast for 1 hour.
- When done remove from the oven and unwrap the garlic, cut it in half and squeeze all the cloves out of it into a small bowl; stir in the butter.
- Take the ciabatta and cut them in halves.
- Evenly spread on the garlic butter mixture on both sides of the bread then begin to layer the bottom half with cheese, then pastrami, then beef, then onion, tomato, more cheese and then the top half of the bread.
- Wrap the sandwiches in foil and place on a clean sheet pan.
- Place another sheet place on top, and weight it down with a big iron skillet.
- Place in the 325°F oven and 15-20 minutes.
- These sandwiches are great to make ahead of time too!
