5 - 6 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum or other Coconut Rum (of choice)
2 ounces Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Soda Water (to top)
Mint Sprig (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Place mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add coconut rum. Muddle mint leaves.
  • Add a handful of ice and all other ingredients, except soda water and mint sprig. Shake until well-chilled.
  • Double strain into a tall ice-filled glass.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.
  • Serve cold.
