- Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
- Reserve 1 cup batter. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of reserved batter.
- Swirl batters with knife. Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours.

- Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg with mixer until well blended.
- Prepare bread batter as directed on package; pour half into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining batter; swirl gently with knife.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three 8x4-in. loaf pans. In a small bowl, beat filling ingredients until smooth., In a large bowl, beat sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water until well blended. In another bowl, whisk flour, pie spice, soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cloves; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture. Stir in walnuts, raisins and dates., Pour half of the batter into prepared pans, dividing evenly. Spoon filling over batter. - Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mix cracker crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and the butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, the flour and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; cut through batter several times with knife for marble effect.
- Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake from pan using foil handles. Cut into 16 pieces to serve. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
CRANBERRY SWIRL LOAF
This is a beautiful swirl bread with a yummy topping! I got this from TOH. We loved it!! I make this with my KitchenAid. I'm sure you could make the dough in the bread machine if you wanted, too.

Steps:
- In large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In saucepan, heat water, milk, and butter to 120-130 (I did this in the microwave). Add to dry ingredients, beat until combined. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Turn onto a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- For filling, combine cranberries, brown sugar, and water in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries pop, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter, walnuts, and lemon juice. Cool.
- Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; roll into a 20-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Spread cooled filling to within 1/2 inches of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Place in a zigzag pattern in a greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan.
- For topping, combine flour and sugar in a small bowl; cut in 1 tablespoon butter until crumbly. Melt remaining butter; brush over dough. Sprinkle with topping. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 40 minutes. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until bread sounds hollow when tapped. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then carefully remove from pan to a wire rack to cool.

This recipe comes from the Watkins website.When I was making it,there didn't seem like there would be enough batter but it rose perfectly.This is one of the tastiest loaves I have made,very moist and simple to put together.Mine took 1 hour to bake in a convection oven.

- Combine sour cream and baking soda;allow to work while mixing rest of ingredients.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
