PINEAPPLE LEMONADE SPRITZERS
An alternative to lemonade, this summer cooler brings the flavor of the Mediterranean to you lips. Fresh mint leaves may be added for a twist.

Steps:
- To make the pineapple lemon syrup: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and honey. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. Allow to cool, then refrigerate overnight.
- Fill 6 glasses with ice. Place a slice of lemon in each glass. Pour in 2 fluid ounces pineapple lemon syrup. Fill glasses to the top with carbonated water; stir.

Nothing welcomes guests to an outdoor party like a spritzer. Made with or without wine, it's a refreshing, elegant cooler.

Steps:
- Divide wine among 4 ice-filled wine glasses. Top with lemonade. Garnish each with a lemon wedge.
COCONUT PINEAPPLE SPRITZER
Steps:
- In an ice-filled glass, add the seltzer, vodka and lime juice; stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
PINK LEMONADE SPRITZER
Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine vodka and lemonade mix, stirring well. Add pineapple juice, stirring well. Add lemon and lime beverage, stirring well.
- In a shallow dish, add a small amount of water or lemonade spritzer. In another small shallow dish, add desired amount of sanding sugar.
- Dip rims of glasses into liquid mixture and then into sanding sugar to garnish, if desired.
- Divide ice between 6 glasses. Pour lemonade over top. Serve immediately.
