PINTEREST FAVORITE: HOMEMADE MEATBALLS
An Italian tradition, homemade meatballs are a fantastic, quick and easy dinner that will please the whole family. It's a great recipe to not only feed a lot of people for a large party, but it is also great because you can make a bunch to store in the freezer for quick dinners for later nights this month! ( I personally make them at least once a week for dinner.)

Steps:
- For this super simple recipe just mix all of the ingredients in large bowl, and roll into 3 oz size balls or less (depending on your preference that is.).
- Spray your baking sheet with oil, and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. If you are planning on serving them with Marinara Sauce, throw the meatballs in the pot to simmer for a while. Doing this will add a yummy, rich flavor to the sauce. Also, do not be afraid to leave them in there for a while too. Grandma used to leave everything to simmer all day before serving dinner. The result was a delicious smelling house as well as an infusion of meaty wonderfulness in the marinara sauce, and super delicious tender meatballs! Garnish your homemade meatballs with some more grated cheese and a little fresh parsley for color and enjoy.

THE BEST HOMEMADE MEATBALLS
I got this recipe from Family Fun Magazine some time ago. I make them often because I freeze the extra and use later in various other recipes. Most recently I found a recipe here called "Lotsa Veggies Meatball Soup" and used them with that recipe and it turned out amazing. They can be served with pasta dishes or with bar-b-que sauce over them as an appetizer. I hope you enjoy them and I wouild love to hear feedback!!!

- Preheat the oven to 400. Coat 2 large, rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well incorporated. Try not to overmix.
- Pinch off a teaspoon or so of the meat mixture and gently roll it into a 1-inch ball. Repeat, arranging the balls 1/2 inch apart on the baking sheets.
- Bake the meatballs until lightly browned and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
- *Eat 'em right away: Toss warm meatballs with your favorite bar-b-que sauce and serve them on toasted sandwich rolls with a side of coleslaw or as an appetizer.
- *Freeze 'em for later: Arrange cooled meatballs evely spaced on a baking sheet and freeze them for 20 minutes. Transfer them to ziplok freezer bags and store them for up to three months.

FAVORITE MEATBALLS
This is the only meatball recipe I've ever used. Given to me by a friend at work, my family has been enjoying these for over 30 years. Use a good quality of Romano. Sometimes I just substitute onion powder if I'm short on time.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients well and shape into 30-36 meatballs about 1 1/2" in diameter.
- Brown meatballs in broiler on all sides. (Usually turn them once. Be sure to watch them carefully as they don't take very long).
- Add browned meatballs to sauce and cook in sauce.
- If jarred sauce is used, they heat in about 30-40 minutes.
- If sauce is homemade, I usually just simmer them for several hours while sauce is cooking.

These meatballs are delicious! They're perfect for your favorite pasta dish (or make them big and use them as the main dish!) and are super easy to make.

Steps:
- Place hamburger into a large bowl and mash using your hands.
- Add the garlic powder, italian seasoning, pepper, and egg into the bowl and mix.
- Crush the saltine crackers in a seperate bowl until they turn into a fine powder. This will hold the hamburger together, after the egg made the mixture very runny. You can use the back of a spoon to crush the crackers.
- Add in the crushed crackers and mix thoroughly with your hands.
- Form meatballs to your preferred size.
- Fully coat the bottom of your pan with oil or cooking spray and cook the meatballs on medium heat until brown.
- Take one out when you think they're done and cut it in half to be fully sure they're finished cooking. The cook time listed here is an appoximate, depending on the size of your meatballs.
- Enjoy!

- Press water out of bread and place the bread into a mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix together until fully intergrated.
- Form meatballs by rolling between hands.
- Place meatballs in oiled baking dish and brown in 350 degree oven.
- Remove from oven when browned and add to Maranara Sauce.
- Simmer until cooked ( about 2 hrs.).
