1-1/4 cups biscuit/baking mix
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar
6 tablespoons cold butter
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, divided
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped, divided
2-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant pistachio pudding mix
Chocolate curls, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, walnuts and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. , Press into an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Fold in half of the whipped cream; spread over crust. Stir remaining confectioners' sugar into remaining whipped cream; refrigerate until serving. , In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. , Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and, if desired, chocolate curls.

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted
1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Place cookies in a blender; cover and process until fine crumbs form. Stir in butter. Set aside 1 cup for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish., In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add ice cream. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top, pressing down lightly. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before cutting.

1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (of your choice pistachios,walnuts,pecans)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3/4 cup icing sugar
16 ounces (500 ml.) Cool Whip
2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups milk
500 ml Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Steps:

  • For 1st Layer: Cream butter,sugar& flour,add nuts.
  • Press in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake 10 mins.
  • at 325.
  • For 2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese and sugar at high speed and blend in Cool Whip.
  • Spread over COOLED first layer.
  • For 3rd Layer: Mix pudding and milk and place in the fridge for 3 minutes and pour over second layer.
  • Spread top of dessert with additional Cool Whip (500ml.) and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Makes for a very delicious dessert to take to a family gathering or any occasion and guaranteed you'll get lots of requests for the recipe. Bet when you try them, you won't be able to stop at just one!!!

2 (113 g) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk

Steps:

  • Mix first layer and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Combine ingredients for second layer and spread on first layer.
  • Mix pudding and milk; spread over second layer.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over third layer.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1/2 cup toffee bits

Steps:

  • Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.; spread 1-1/2 cups onto crust. Stir half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in pan. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Sprinkle with toffee bits just before serving.

Steps:

  • Mix flour, margarine (butter) and walnuts together. Press into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 35o*- for 18 minutes; Cool.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of whipped topping. Whip together until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Mix together pudding, milk and remaining whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with additional nuts, if desired. Chill several hours before serving. Serves 12-16.

When I first fixed dinner for my father in law, he put this in his mouth and just sit there, I had no idea, I thought he wanted to spit it out, but once he swallowed it, he said he loved it and just wanted to hold it in his mouth. This was his very favorite, and everyone loves this. The cream cheese layer is sometimes hard to spread, I use the back of a large spoon and run cold water over it. Prep time includes 4 hours in the fridge before serving.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pistachios or 1/2 cup pecans

8 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups whipped topping, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine crust ingredients and press firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking pan.
