Steps:

  • Place the two sheets of puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  • Cut out equal size circles. Remove the top sheet.
  • On the bottom sheet, spread pizza sauce and shredded cheese. Place the other sheet of puff pastry on top.
  • Take a glass and place it in the center of the circle. Using a knife or scissors, cut strips away from the edge of the glass.
  • Take each strip and twist.
  • Brush egg wash over the top of the puff pastry.
  • Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Here's what you need: puff pastry block, flour, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, cooked chicken, fajita spice mix, cheddar cheese, egg

18 oz puff pastry block
1 sprinkle flour
⅓ cup red bell pepper
⅓ cup green bell pepper
⅓ cup yellow bell pepper
½ cup onion, about 1/2 an onion, diced
5.3 oz cooked chicken, shredded
1 tablespoon fajita spice mix
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Dust a clean work surface with a sprinkling of flour, and roll half of the puff pastry into a large circle.
  • Place the largest plate you have (a pizza tray also works) on top of the pastry and tear around the edges to create a clean circle. Repeat with the other half of the pastry.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) (Gas Mark 6).
  • Fry the onions and mixed peppers until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the pre-cooked shredded chicken (to make shredded chicken, simply season and bake some chicken breasts, put it into a bowl and tear it up with 2 forks). Stir in the fajita spice mix and allow to cool while you do the next step.
  • Transfer one of the sheets to a baking tray, and spread the chicken fajita mix in an even layer, leaving about 1 cm (½ inch) free from the edge. Sprinkle a layer of cheese.
  • Cover with the second layer of puff pastry. Place an egg cup (or a shot glass) in the center of the pastry and make 8-10 even cuts all the way around the pastry.
  • Brush the beaten egg over the puff pastry.
  • Twist each segment twice to make it resemble a sun-like shape.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes in the center of the oven, until deep golden brown and no grey patches remain on the pastry.

1 puff pastry
4 slices mozzarella cheese
12 slices pepperoni
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
marinara sauce, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Lay out puff pastry. Place 4 slices of mozzarella and then 12 slices of pepperoni in the center of the dough.
  • Cut diagonal lines along the left and right side of the cheese and pepperoni about a 1-inch (2 cm) apart.
  • Remove the corner pieces.
  • Starting from the top, fold down the flap then alternate right and left until the bottom. Fold the bottom flap up and finish alternating between right and left.
  • Place the braided puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
  • Brush all over until the top of the braid is fully coated.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Slice and serve.
  • Enjoy!

1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Unfold pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut each sheet into 13 strips, (about 3/4 of an inch by 10-inches each).
  • Combine cheese, basil, and garlic in a long shallow pan or dish.
  • Brush melted butter on pastry sticks.
  • Roll pastry in cheese mixture to coat each side evenly.
  • Gently twist the pastry sticks, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove to wire racks to cool.
  • Serve with your favorite soups, salad, on the side of any meal or as an appetizer with dipping sauces.

2 tubes pizza dough
1 regular can pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Roll out both pizza doughs on top of each other. Use a plate as a stencil to cut them into 2 circles. Take the top one off and put pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of the bottom one. Place the other pizza dough on top.
  • Place a smaller round object in the middle and cut from that object to the outside in 11 slices.
  • Twist each slice and brush olive oil on top of the whole thing.
  • Bake in the oven at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
