MINI PIZZA CUPS
Served hot or cold, these little pizzas are wonderful. Their small size makes them ideal for an after-school snack or a kid-friendly party. Plus, they're so easy to make that little ones can help you in the kitchen! -Jane Jones, Cedar, Minnesota

"Since pizza is a big favorite with my teenagers, I like to keep these crispy snacks on hand," says Ruby Williams of Bogalusa, Louisiana. "Loaded with toppings, they go right from the freezer to the oven with little time and effort. And they're always a hit."

PIZZA CUPCAKES
They're portable, sort of like a mini pizza, except shaped like a cupcake. They're a great savory snack and a great addition to a game day buffet. Feel free to customize to your family's tastes with additions like ham, sausage, bell peppers, salami, mushrooms, olives, jalapenos, etc. I recommend not omitting the tomato, that really adds something special.
