Si no sabes cómo hacer pollo a la BBQ no te pierdas esta receta fácil y paso a paso para conseguir un pollo en salsa BBQ en sartén en vez de hacerlo al horno para ahorrar tiempo pero igualmente sabe riquísimo y está muy sabroso.Este maravillosa receta de pollo a la barbacoa o pollo a la barbiquiu, como s ele llama coloquialmnet en algunos países, es muy sencillo y rápido de hacer ya que en tal solo media podremos tenerlo elaborado sin problemas.Además te vamos a dar muchas opciones de recetas de salsa barbacoa al final de las instrucciones de pollo BBQ para que pruebes diferentes variaciones de la receta cada vez que te apetezca probar algo diferente a lo que estás más acostumbrado. ¡No las dejes escapar!

Ingredients

6 muslos con pierna de pollo (u otras partes del ave)
1 pizca de sal
1 pizca de pimienta
½ taza de puré de tomate
½ taza de salsa ketchup
1 patata en rebanadas
1 botella de salsa BBQ

Steps:

Se sazona el pollo con sal y pimienta y se pone a cocer en una sartén.
Junto con las papas, se agrega el puré de tomate y el ketchup y se deja cociendo a vapor, revisando que no se pegue.
Luego volteando los muslos para que se doren por los dos lados y cuando ya estén cocidos muy bien, embarrar cada muslo de pollo con la salsa BBQ y apagar el fuego. Se deja reposar el pollo a la barbiquiu tapado por 5 minutos.Prueba esta receta de salsa barbacoa casera fácil y rápida en lugar de comprarla ya preparada en botella.
Servir el pollo a la barbacoa o pollo a la barbiquiu recién hecho acompañado de las papas estofadas. Si lo prefieres puedes acompañarlo con patatas fritas o papas duquesas al horno.
