Ice cubes
1 part gin-based drink (recommended: Pimm's)
1 part pomegranate juice
1/2 part citrus vodka
Splash lemon-lime soda
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher full of ice. Serve in a rocks glass with ice and a lemon wheel to garnish.;

LEMON-POPPY SEED COMPOUND BUTTER

Spread this tasty butter on scones, pancakes, or muffins, or add some over top of your favorite roasted veggies. The possibilities are endless. This has a touch of sweetness to balance out the lemon, but feel free to adjust the honey to your tastes or intended use.

Ingredients

1 stick salted butter, softened
1 medium lemon, zested
1 teaspoon lemon juice
¾ teaspoon poppy seeds
½ teaspoon honey

Steps:

Combine butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and honey in a small bowl.
Place butter on top of a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into a log. Fold one side of the plastic wrap over the log and roll into a tube, shaping with your fingers as you roll tightly. Twist the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. The longer it sits, the more the flavors will develop. Unroll from plastic wrap and slice.

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup half-and-half or coffee cream
4 cups Corn Pops® sweetened corn cereal
1 cup salted peanuts
30 wooden skewers

Steps:

1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat to 240°F (soft ball in cold water).2. Mix KELLOGG'S CORN POPS cereal and peanuts in buttered large bowl. Pour on syrup, mixing thoroughly. Press into buttered muffin-pans to about 3/4-inch in thickness.3. When cool, remove from pans and insert a wooden skewer sidewise in each to resemble a lollypop.
