Want a delicious, classy cocktail that everyone at your holiday party will love? My Pomegranate Citrus Champagne Cocktail is made with sweet blood orange slices, pomegranate juice and seeds, citrus vodka and topped with Champagne. This libation is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and fantastic for brunch, too!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 oz. (1/4 c.) pomegranate juice
1 oz. (1 shot) Blood Orange flavored Vodka (or citrus flavored vodka)
½ oz. Cointreau orange liqueur
¾ c. chilled Champagne or sparkling wine, like Prosecco or Moscato
1 Tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1 blood orange slice
Sprig of fresh Rosemary for garnish

Steps:

  • In a wine glass, add the pomegranate juice, vodka and Cointreau. Top with the chilled Champagne.
  • Add the pomegranate seeds, orange slice and rosemary and enjoy right away.

1 sugar cube
1 fluid ounce pomegranate juice
3 fluid ounces dry sparkling wine
Pomegranate seeds, optional

Steps:

  • Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass. Serve.
  • Yield: 1 drink

Steps:

  • Place 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds in the bottom of 6 Champagne glasses. Fill halfway with pomegranate juice and top up with cold Champagne. Garnish with the mint sprigs.
