Pomegranate Gin Fizz image

2 oz Gin
2 oz Pomegranate Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
2 oz Soda
Rosemary Sprig + Pomegranate Arils (garnish)

Steps:

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and lavender syrup.
  • Shake well for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top with soda and garnish with rosemary sprig and Pomegranate Arils.
