This is a quick, simple, and above all, a cheap way to make pork chops. I love it!

4 pork chops, trimmed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Pour butter into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Stir together egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix and place in pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.

4 boneless center-cut pork chops
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons dried thyme, lightly crushed, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Sprinkle chops on all sides with thyme, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a pork chop reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 20 minutes. Tent aluminum foil over the chops and let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

  • -Bring roast to room temp before cooking, about 45 minutes standing outside the refrigerator -Preheat oven to 400 degrees start convection fan after 10 minutes -Cut crosswise slices in the fat on the top of the roast, but do not cut into meet -Rub with oil or melted unsalted butter -Rub with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, minced garlic and desired spices -Cook at 400 for 18 minutes a pound or until a meat thermometer reaches 145 F -Remove from oven and let rest 20 minutes before slicing to allow juices to permeate the roast
