These Oven Baked Pork Chops are amazingly delicious, with tender, juicy boneless pork chops that are pan seared and topped with a creamy delicious topping and baked to perfection!

2.5 lbs boneless pork chops ((about 6 one inch pork chops))
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil ((or canola oil))
6 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crispy bacon crumbles ((about 8 slices))
1/2 cup chopped green onions ((about 4 onions))
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
crumbled bacon
green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425˚F
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, bacon crumbles, green onion and half of the cheddar cheese together until combined.
  • Heat oil in a large, oven safe skillet, over medium high heat. Season each side of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once the oil is hot cook pork chops 1 minute per side.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pork chops. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and transfer the dish to the oven.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through (145˚F internal temperature)
  • Garnish with additional bacon and green onions and serve hot!

6 bone-in pork loin chops (7 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 medium sweet onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. , In the drippings, saute onions until tender. Spoon over chops; add broth. Cover and bake at 325° for 10-15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Remove pork chops and onions; keep warm. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving., In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir in pan juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork and onions.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 (4 ounce) pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 onion, cut into strips
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Rub chops with 2 teaspoons seasoning salt and 1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on each side. Add the onions and water to the pan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Turn chops over, and add remaining salt and pepper. Cover, and cook until water evaporates and onions turn light to medium brown. Remove chops from pan, and serve with onions on top.

4 lean pork chops with bone (about 1-inch thick)
1 c plain bread crumbs
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
montreal seasoning or your favorite all purpose seasoning
ground black pepper to taste
4 Tbsp mayo

Steps:

  • 1. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, SEASONING; MIX TOGETHER IN A SHALLOW DISH. IN ANOTHER SMALL BOWL THE MAYO.
  • 2. SPREAD 1/2 TBSP OF MAYO ON EACH SIDE AND DREDGE IN BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE PORK CHOPS ON A BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350F FOR 45-60 MINUTES.

4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 envelope pork gravy mix
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and salt. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chops with onion in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned., Add broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. , In a small bowl, whisk the gravy mix, garlic powder and water. Pour over pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Freeze option: Cool pork and gravy. Freeze in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through slowly in a covered skillet, stirring occasionally and adding a little broth or water if necessary.

1 (6 ounce) package uncooked wild rice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Brown pork chops in a medium skillet over medium heat. In a medium bowl combine the soup mix and rice. Mix together and spread in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick, or more to taste
½ cup self-rising flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, or more to taste
1 teaspoon water, or as needed
2 cups water

Steps:

  • Mix seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika together in a bowl; rub about 3/4 teaspoon spice mixture onto each pork chop. Thoroughly coat each pork chop with flour, saving remaining seasoning and flour for the gravy.
