Here's what you need: mini croissant, semi-sweet chocolate chips, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk

10 oz mini croissant, 2 tubes, chopped
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz cream cheese, 2 packages, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  • Open 2 prepackaged mini croissant rolls and chop them into 2 cm (1 inch) balls.
  • Spray a medium-large baking pan with cooking spray and place the balls in the pan.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
  • In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla and whisk together until smooth.
  • Slowly the add milk to loosen the mixture without curdling the cream cheese.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then let sit for 20 minutes (optional).
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the middle is cooked through.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving
  • Garnish with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Good warm, good from the fridge; good as an after-dinner dessert with ice cream, good as a mid-day munchie with coffee, tea, or cocoa. GREAT with a tall cool glass of milk! Very rich - one good-sized slice is just about all most people can handle.

2 cups flour
4 eggs
12 ounces chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter (approximately one stick) or 1/2 cup margarine (approximately one stick)

Steps:

  • Let butter/margarine and cream cheese come to room temperature.
  • Mix thoroughly in good-sized bowl.
  • Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • Add eggs and mix.
  • Add flour and baking powder at the same time, and mix.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix.
  • Grease 2 standard-sized loaf pans.
  • Add batter into the 2 pans.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes (cooking time will vary from oven to oven).
  • Test with a toothpick poked in the center- if it comes out without batter clinging to it, it's done.
  • Enjoy!

3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham crackers

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Place cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it up and then shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. Serve with graham crackers and pretzels.

1 cup white sugar

2 (16 ounce) packages refrigerated cookie dough, frozen

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle until smooth; add vanilla extract and mix for 1 more minute.
  • Slice 1 roll of cookie dough into thin rounds and arrange on the prepared jelly roll pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over cookie layer. Slice the second roll of cookie dough into rounds and arrange over cream cheese mixture layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cookies are golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting and serving.

32 oz biscuit dough, 2 16 oz containers, 16 big biscuits total
8 oz cream cheese
chocolate chip, we used dark chocolate
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C)
  • Cut biscuits in half and cube the cream cheese (32 pieces).
  • Flatten each biscuit and place one cube of cream cheese and a few chocolate chips in the center of each. Fold the biscuit dough around the cream cheese and chocolate and form into a ball.
  • In a large plastic bag combine white sugar and cinnamon. Add 6-8 dough balls to the bag, seal the bag, and shake until well coated. Repeat for the remainder of the stuffed dough pieces.
  • In a microwave safe bowl add brown sugar and butter. Microwave on high for 70 seconds - stopping halfway to stir. Remove from microwave and stir until it reaches a caramel consistency.
  • In a greased bundt pan, sprinkle half of the walnuts, half the dough pieces, and drizzle half the caramel glaze. Repeat with remaining walnuts, dough, and glaze.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and turn upside down onto a plate to cool for 10 minutes before lifting off the pan (this way the warm glaze runs back through and fully coats all the bread)
  • Enjoy!
