POWER UP DOUBLE FRUITY SMOOTHIE
Power up with fruity flavors with this delicious smoothie, made with Yoplait® yogurt!

Steps:
- Place 4 medium (12-oz) glasses in freezer 15 minutes to chill. In blender, add Mango-Peach Layer ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stopping a few times to scrape sides of blender with spatula, if necessary. Divide among 4 chilled glasses.
- In same blender, add Blueberry-Strawberry Layer ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth, stopping a few times to scrape sides of blender with spatula, if necessary. Divide mixture evenly, and spoon onto mango-peach layer in glasses.

LAYERED SMOOTHIES
Steps:
- For the mango-peach smoothie: Add the mangoes, peaches, nectar and yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Add lime juice and honey to taste if needed. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until very cold.
- For the strawberry-banana smoothie: Combine the strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let macerate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Add the macerated strawberries and some of the juices, the frozen banana and yogurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice to taste if needed. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until very cold.
- Fill each glass half way with the mango-peach and then fill to the top with the strawberry-banana. Mix together the finely diced mango, peach and strawberries in a small bowl and top each glass with some of the fruit for garnish.
GET UP AND GO SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Add the almond milk, blueberries, almonds, yogurt, chia seeds and flaxseeds to a blender and blend until smooth.

I came up with this recipe by taking measurement ideas from different recipes to come up with my own version. It was important for me to use ingredients I liked because I won't eat or drink it if I don't like the taste. I needed it to be just the right consistency and smoothness. I serve them in a 16 oz. double-walled cup. For a smoother taste, first grind up the rolled oats.
