- In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels and pecans. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Drizzle over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Spread evenly on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Cool completely; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.

CHOCOLATE-PRETZEL CEREAL TREATS
Use chocolate cereal for these marshmallow-bound treats and stir in crushed pretzels. Drizzle with chocolate and chill before serving.

- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil leaving a 2-inch overhang on the two short ends. Lightly coat the foil with butter.
- Melt the butter in a large pot set over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt and then the cereal and pretzels until well mixed. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer. Set aside at room temperature until cooled and firm, about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small microwave safe bowl for 30-second increments in the microwave, stirring, until smooth. Drizzle over the bars, cover and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
STRAWBERRY-PRETZEL SNACK MIX
Just slightly sweet and salty with a little tang from the strawberries-any leftovers of this colorful snack mix can easily be packed into a school lunch box (if there are leftovers!).

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Toss the graham cereal and pretzel sticks together in a large bowl. Whisk the butter, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Pour the sauce over the snack mix and toss to coat well. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the mix is toasted and almost completely dry, 10 to 15 minutes, tossing about halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Toss in the yogurt-covered pretzels and strawberries. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
SUNNY'S CHOCOLATE PRETZEL AND CEREAL NO-BAKE BITES
Steps:
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the pretzels, almonds if using, pistachios if using, shredded wheat cereal, orange zest and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
- Add the chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted (see Cook's Note). Immediately stir the chocolate into the bowl with the crushed ingredients. Stir until everything is fully coated.
- Use your hands to form truffle-size forms on the prepared baking sheet. Allow to set and cool in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.
CARAMEL SNACK MIX
This is the most requested item I bring to the office. It has become the Christmas gift of choice from my kitchen.

- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Spray a large roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium-size microwave safe bowl, mix butter, white corn syrup and brown sugar. Place the mixture in the microwave and cook 2 minutes, or until butter melts.
- Place the cereal, pecans and almonds into the prepared roasting pan. Pour the melted butter mixture over the cereal and nuts and mix gently until the cereal and nuts are coated.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- As the snack mix is cooling, be sure to continue to stir so that the mix will not harden in one big lump.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the pretzels and nuts. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir together over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook until very thick and at the 'firm ball' stage (260 degrees F, 125 degrees C). Remove from heat, pour over pretzel/nut mixture and mix all together.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread out on wax paper to cool.

- Microwave uncovered on high until butter is melted, approximately 45-60 seconds.

- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with enough foil so that there's a 2-inch overhang on all sides. Grease the foil with butter.
- Melt the butter in a large pot set over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add the cereal, pretzels and coconut. Stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape up the bottom, until the cereal is completely coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and pat down into an even layer (use the bottom of a measuring cup to help). Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small microwave safe bowl for 30-second increments in the microwave, until smooth. Drizzle over the bars, cover and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.

- Place popcorn in a large pot with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Over a low heat, begin to pop the popcorn. Constantly shake the pot to ensure that the popcorn kernels and oil do not burn. Once the popping has slowed, remove the pot from heat.
